What CX Enterprise Coworker Does
Coworker is Adobe's agentic AI system for customer experience orchestration, covering acquisition, engagement, conversion and lifetime value. It analyses campaign performance and trends, forecasts audiences, optimises customer journeys, resolves conflicts between campaigns and supports planning and work management. It can pull data and take actions across several systems from one request, and runs with human oversight. It is built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A) standards.
New Connectors
Adobe also launched pre-built MCP server integrations with partners including Amazon Ads, Databricks Genie, Demandbase, an ads MCP server for Meta campaigns, Microsoft Work IQ, RainFocus and Snowflake Cortex AI.
Adobe says global systems integrators including Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte Digital, EY, IBM, Infosys, PwC and TCS are building on Coworker, along with agency groups dentsu, Havas, Omnicom, Publicis, Stagwell and WPP.
What Adobe And Partners Said
Anjul Bhambhri, senior vice president of engineering, customer experience orchestration, Adobe, said Coworker "connects these tools and workflows using brand, customer and channel intelligence". Rob Howard, corporate vice president of Copilot platform and extensibility, Microsoft, said the companies are putting agentic AI to work across the customer experience.
Questions Still Open
The announcement does not set out pricing, licensing or regional availability for use through third-party assistants. Adobe says more than 20,000 brands use its products. Its other recent launches include Adobe for Startups.
The details are in Adobe's announcement.
