Netcore Rebrands to Netcore.ai, Moves to an Agentic Marketing Platform

Netcore Cloud has rebranded as Netcore.ai and shifted to an agentic marketing platform, deploying seven AI agents to plan, execute, analyse and optimise marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle, working alongside the company's MarTech growth engineers.
- Rebrand: Netcore Cloud to Netcore.ai
- Seven AI agents: plan, execute, analyse and optimise campaigns across the customer lifecycle
- Human layer: MarTech growth engineers remain accountable for client outcomes
- Platform stack: customer engagement, product discovery, personalisation, CDP, email marketing and CPaaS in one system
- Shared layer: a central context and governance layer giving a real-time, consent-managed view of customers
- Pricing: a new outcome-based model, structured around clients' business KPIs
Agents Run the Campaigns, People Stay in the Room
The structural claim behind the rebrand is that decisions made by one agent or channel can be used by others through a shared context layer, so that an agent working on email and one working on personalisation are drawing on the same customer picture rather than working from separate silos.
Each client is also assigned a growth engineer who monitors performance, interprets data and intervenes when human judgement is needed, while the agents handle execution at scale.
Rajesh Jain, Founder and MD of Netcore, framed the design choice as deliberate rather than a stopgap. Most platforms, he said, hand you the keys and step back; Netcore designed this differently, with the agents running the campaigns while the company's teams stay in the room, carrying the same accountability for outcomes that its clients do.
Pricing Tied to Outcomes
The new pricing model structures engagements around clients' business KPIs, with Netcore's teams accountable for the results the platform is meant to deliver, rather than around seats, sends or platform access.
That is a more exposed pricing position than the category typically takes, and it is consistent with the argument the rebrand is making: that the agents are not simply automation layered on top of an existing suite, but the operating model itself, with humans retained specifically for the judgement calls software should not make alone.
