The Next 50, Ad Tribe's honour for the people under 30 who are already making India's agency industry better, will name its Class of 2026 on 3 December 2026. Fifty individuals, chosen as a single national class, will be recognised at The Next 50 Recognition Evening.

Every piece of work the industry admires carries names that seldom leave the room: the strategist who found the insight, the writer who found the line, the producer who made it possible, the account lead who kept it alive. The Next 50 exists to bring those names forward, and to honour them while their finest work is still ahead of them.

An honour earned on contribution

The class is chosen on the strength of the work and the difference each person has made to it. There is no public voting, no ranking and no category winners. The Ad Tribe editorial team reads every eligible entry, and the strongest are considered by an independent jury of experienced leaders from across the industry, whose members will be announced.

Each member of the Class of 2026 receives The Next 50 trophy and a lasting place in Ad Tribe's record of the people shaping what comes next, with their agency credited alongside them.
