Haldiram's Diwali Gifting Campaign Says Happiness Grows When Shared

Haldiram's Diwali gifting campaign, 'Khushiyan Baatne Se Khushiyan Milti Hain', is built on the idea that happiness grows when it is shared. It runs as three short vertical films, conceptualised and executed by Haldiram's creative partner Crownex, and was announced on 29 October.
- Brand: Haldiram's
- Campaign: 'Khushiyan Baatne Se Khushiyan Milti Hain'
- Agency: Crownex
- Format: Three short vertical films
The Diwali Gifting Campaign Films
Each film centres on a small moment of giving. In one, a security guard opens a decorated Haldiram's gift box in a car park as a young man walks through carrying a gift bag. Another shows a man and a young girl with a gift box at home, and the third follows a young woman opening a gift box at the office. The films end on the line and the tag 'Gifting by Haldiram's'.
The campaign promotes Haldiram's festive gifting collection, which includes traditional sweets, savouries, premium dry fruits, chocolates, baklava and curated hampers, with products such as the Shahi Baklava Box, Mewa Mahal Box, Nuts Platter and Festive Dry Fruit Thaal.
What Haldiram's Said
"Diwali is a time when people come together to celebrate relationships and express what words sometimes cannot," said Tushar Mehta, vice president, growth and marketing, Haldiram's. "With 'Khushiyan Baatne Se Khushiyan Milti Hain', we wanted to capture the emotion behind gifting and show how even a small, thoughtful gesture can make someone feel special. Through these films, we hope to remind people that the joy of giving lies not just in the gift itself, but in the happiness it brings to someone else."
Why Short Films
The films run between about 24 and 35 seconds and were posted as YouTube Shorts on 25 October, built for phones rather than television. Festive gifting is a crowded category for sweets and snack brands, and short, story-led clips let a brand show the product being given rather than simply listing a range.
