Recognise your people
Give exceptional under-30 talent recognition that reaches beyond their immediate team.

The Next 50 is Ad Tribe’s annual recognition of 50 individuals under 30 whose work, thinking and contribution are already making India’s agency industry better.
Early-bird offer closes 30 September 2026
Recognition in advertising usually follows the senior titles, the award-stage appearances and the names the industry already knows. The Next 50 looks earlier. At the strategist who found the insight, the writer who found the line, the designer who made the idea better, the account manager who held the work together, the producer who made the impossible happen, the media mind who found the opportunity. The person whose title may still be small, but whose contribution is anything but.
You already know their name. The industry should too.
Not the loudest person in the room.
Not the biggest title on the deck.
Not the person with the most followers.
The person making the work better.
When someone from your agency becomes part of The Next 50, the recognition does not stop with their name. Their agency is credited alongside the work and contribution that earned their place in the Class of 2026. Because exceptional young talent reflects something about the organisation behind them too. They were trusted. They were given responsibility. They were given room to contribute. And they used it well.
Give exceptional under-30 talent recognition that reaches beyond their immediate team.
Show the industry that strong work and strong careers are being built inside your agency.
Selected profiles retain clear agency and collaborator attribution.
Every agency represented in the final class receives an official Home of The Next 50 · Class of 2026 recognition asset.
The Next 50 is not a hiring directory. Profiles celebrate professional contribution and retain agency and team credit. Personal phone numbers, private email addresses and employment-status information are never published.
The work has your agency’s name. The people behind it should have theirs.
There are no category winners. There is no fixed quota by discipline, city or agency. Contribution determines the class.
The 2026 edition is agency-focused. Brand-side marketers are not part of this cohort.
A planner is not judged like a copywriter. A producer is not judged like a performance marketer. But every entrant is evaluated against the same fundamental question: did this person make a meaningful contribution?
The Next 50 does not reward the best-written nomination. It looks for evidence. Evidence of contribution, of judgement, of impact, and that someone is already operating beyond what their title might suggest.
What did this person actually do? We want the individual behind the work, not a campaign case study copied from an awards deck.
Strength of thinking, judgement, craft and execution.
What changed because of their contribution? Creative, client, audience, business, team or process impact all count.
What did they start, challenge, fix or improve without waiting for the title or permission?
Does their trajectory suggest this is someone the industry should be paying attention to now?
Followers, public voting, agency size, seniority, job title and award count carry no automatic advantage.
Ad Tribe manages the process. The strongest eligible entries are additionally reviewed by an independent industry jury. Sponsors, advertisers and commercial partners have no role in scoring or final selection.
Age, organisation, professional status and application completeness are checked before evaluation begins.
Every eligible entry is evaluated by the Ad Tribe editorial team against the published 100-point framework.
The strongest entries move to the independent industry jury.
Ad Tribe may contact managers, clients or professional references to verify work, contribution and credits.
The Class of 2026 is finalised on evidence, scores, verification and the overall strength of the cohort.
Experienced leaders from different parts of India’s agency industry, brought together to read the strongest entries. The jury exists so the decision does not rest with one desk.
To be announced
Jurors do not evaluate entries where a direct professional conflict exists. Sponsors and commercial partners do not participate in evaluation.
Be present at the night, the announcement and the record. No partner influences who is on the list.
Making The Next 50 is not simply appearing on a list. The Class of 2026 becomes part of an annual Ad Tribe record of the people shaping what comes next in India’s agency industry. Every one of the 50 receives the same recognition, and nothing here can be purchased as an upgrade.

Each member of the Class of 2026 receives the official The Next 50 trophy. A physical symbol of their place in the class.
A permanent editorial profile on Ad Tribe focused on their work and contribution.
An official digital badge and personalised recognition creative.
A dedicated Ad Tribe announcement as part of the Class of 2026 rollout.
The relevant agency, work and contribution remain clearly credited.
A permanent place in Ad Tribe's annual The Next 50 archive.
A personalised Class of 2026 certificate.
Every agency represented in the final class receives a shareable Home of The Next 50 recognition asset.
The selected Class of 2026 will come together on 3 December 2026 for The Next 50 Recognition Evening. A night built around the people behind the work. Not category winners. Not rankings. Not first, second or third. One class of 50.
Venue, city and event details will be shared with the selected Class of 2026 and invited guests.

The fee applies to the submission and evaluation process. It does not purchase recognition. It does not improve a score. And it never guarantees selection.

Ten nominations, one billing contact, one GST invoice.
Payment enters the work. It never buys the recognition. Read the entry rules ↗

₹9,999 + GST per entry through to the deadline.

Only material the entrant has permission to submit should be included. Where supported, evaluation-only material can be clearly marked confidential.
No. Commercial partners, sponsors and advertisers have no role in scoring, verification or final selection.
No. The Next 50 is one national class. There is no internal ranking and no category winners.
Somewhere inside your agency is a person doing work beyond what their title suggests. The strategist everyone turns to. The creative whose ideas keep getting through. The account manager who keeps the impossible moving. The producer who makes it happen. Before everyone knows their name, you already do. Put their name forward.
