Gozoop Creative has won the social media mandate for Jainam, the financial services company with more than 22 years in India's capital markets. The creative arm of integrated marketing agency Gozoop will develop and manage Jainam's social media communication.

  • Client: Jainam, end-to-end financial services company
  • Agency: Gozoop Creative, the creative arm of Gozoop
  • Scope: Social media communication and campaigns
  • Brief: Bring Jainam's new 'Modern Mentor' identity to digital platforms

Jainam's 'Modern Mentor' Identity

Jainam recently changed its brand identity to reflect its aim of becoming India's trusted 'Modern Mentor' for traders and investors. The identity is rooted in the idea of magnification and rests on three principles: clarity over clutter, precision over probability, and actionable direction over passive insight.

The social media work will focus on content and campaigns that reflect Jainam's approach to guiding traders and investors towards more informed, disciplined decision-making. Gozoop Creative's job is to turn those three principles into social content and keep Jainam's identity consistent across digital touchpoints.

What Jainam Said

"Our brand transformation reflects how we see Jainam's role in the evolving financial services landscape. We want our communication to reflect the same thinking that guides our approach to business," said Aishwarya Gupta, CMO, Jainam. "Social media is an important part of how we bring this proposition to life. With Gozoop Creative, we look forward to building communication that is relevant to our audiences and consistent with what Jainam stands for."

What Gozoop Creative Said

"Jainam has a strong and differentiated point of view on the role a trading partner can play in a consumer's journey. Its focus on mentorship gives us a unique idea platform to build from across social and digital," said Amyn Ghadiali, country head, Gozoop Creative. "We are excited to partner with the team and create communication that makes Jainam's proposition more relatable, distinctive and relevant to the modern as well as traditional trader."

Why It Matters

Broking and trading brands lean heavily on social platforms to reach first-time investors, where the rules on what a financial firm can promise are tight. A mentor-led positioning gives Jainam a way to talk about education and discipline rather than returns.
