Propagate India has promoted Isha Kapoor to senior vice president, based in Mumbai. Kapoor shared the news on LinkedIn, thanking Prachi Bali, Paritosh Srivastava and her team.

Isha Kapoor at Propagate

Kapoor joined the agency in 2023 as vice president, when it operated as Saatchi & Saatchi Propagate, and has spent three years in that role. She has led digital-first growth and integrated brand solutions for clients including Beiersdorf's Nivea and Eucerin, Ferrero and Diageo.

Before Propagate

She came to Propagate from Grapes, where she was vice president and senior business director and led the agency's west business. Before that she was business head at WYP Worldwide, leading its digital wing on brands including Tanishq, AJIO, Future Generali and Rohan Builders.

Kapoor spent more than six years at Chimp&z Inc, where her roles included business director and digital integration lead. She worked on agency expansion, client retention and integrated planning across financial services, entertainment, FMCG and beauty, led the Mumbai office and helped set up its Gurugram branch. Clients she won there include UNICEF, Avon, Amway, Care Health Insurance and Delhi Daredevils.

Earlier, at Jack in the Box Worldwide, she worked on digital engagement and campaigns for Pepsi, 7UP and Red Bull, including Pepsi's IPL work and the Pepsi Oh Yes campaign. Across these agencies she has moved between client servicing, digital integration and business leadership roles.

The promotion puts a client lead with both business and digital integration experience into the agency's senior team, on a roster spanning personal care, confectionery and spirits.

Her career has run largely through independent and digital-first agencies before Publicis, which is the kind of background holding companies have been leaning on as client briefs move towards digital-first work.
