Tripti Mathur Named AMEA Integrated Intelligence Lead At Mars

Tripti Mathur has been appointed AMEA integrated intelligence lead for chocolates, gum and candy at Mars, a role she took up in August 2026 after joining the company as insights head in May 2024. She is based in Gurugram.
- Company: Mars
- Role: AMEA integrated intelligence lead, chocolates, gum and candy
- Previously: Insights head, Mars
- Experience: Two decades in consumer insights, analytics and strategic planning
Tripti Mathur's Record
Before Mars, Mathur was head of consumer insights at Britannia from 2020 to 2023, driving insight-led business planning, growth and innovation. From 2016 to 2020 she was vice president, consumer insights, brand strategy and integration at Vodafone Idea, working with top management on post-merger brand strategy and integration.
She spent five years at Mondelez International, where she started the analytics function in Kraft India, became head of analytics, and later led pricing analytics for Asia Pacific as senior manager for pricing, strategic consumer insights and analytics.
Earlier Career
Earlier roles include senior manager, consumer insights and market research at Bharti Airtel; senior research manager at Research International; account director, strategic planning at Hakuhodo Percept, working on Maruti Suzuki, Sony and Outlook; project director at Synovate; and senior research executive at Nielsen, where she began in 2001.
Why The Role Matters
"As Mars Wrigley and Kellanova come together, I am excited to be part of the growth and scale AMEA region has to offer," she said. A combination of that size brings together two portfolios and two sets of consumer data, and an integrated intelligence role exists to turn that into decisions on product, pricing and communication across the region.
Her career has run through two earlier combinations, at Kraft and Mondelez and at Vodafone Idea, which is useful preparation. She thanked Nikhil Rao and Megan Carcano for the opportunity.
