What The Abu Dhabi T10 Deal Covers
Every match of the 2026 tournament, which runs from 7 to 20 November at Zayed Cricket Stadium with six triple-header days and seven double-header days. Beyond live coverage, JioStar will support fan engagement through exclusive content, behind-the-scenes access and digital features across the 13-day schedule. The length and value of the deal were not disclosed.
Why India Matters To The Tournament
India and the wider subcontinent have traditionally been the tournament's largest international audience. "India has always been our biggest and most passionate market," said Matt Boucher, chief executive officer of Abu Dhabi Cricket and Sports Hub and CEO of Abu Dhabi T10. He said expanding the broadcast footprint is central to the tournament's long-term strategy.
Star Sports and JioHotstar together reach more than 800 million viewers a week and carry properties including the TATA Indian Premier League, ICC events, The Hundred, the English Premier League, Wimbledon and the US Open.
"T10 has found its audience in India for its mile-a-minute format, and we are excited to bring that same energy to the Abu Dhabi T10," said Prashant Khanna, head, sports rights and innovation, JioStar.
A New Owner, A Bigger Push
The deal is the first major move since Abu Dhabi Cricket and Sports Hub took majority ownership earlier this year and became the commercial rights holder, making the T10 a government-owned national sporting asset. The 2025 edition generated more than 527 million social media impressions and US$512 million in broadcast value; a deal with India's largest sports broadcaster is the obvious next step in growing both.
