UnFoldMart Wins Group-Wide Digital Mandate From Singapore's Valton Nexus

The UnFoldMart Valton Nexus mandate covers a group-wide brand and digital transformation across four entities, announced from New Delhi on 21 October 2026.
- Agency: UnFoldMart
- Client: Valton Nexus Pte Ltd, Singapore
- Entities: The parent brand plus three operating companies
- Scope: Brand architecture, digital experience design, answer and generative engine optimisation
What The UnFoldMart Valton Nexus Brief Involves
One group, four identities, and a requirement that they do not collapse into each other. The engagement covers the Valton Nexus parent brand alongside Valton Facility Solutions, Valton Aquatic Solutions, and Valton Construction and Renovation, with each division receiving its own identity and content inside a coherent group brand.
The three operating companies serve genuinely different buyers. Facility Solutions covers professional cleaning and facility support, Aquatic Solutions covers pool and aquatic maintenance and servicing, and Construction and Renovation handles renovation, upgrading, repair and minor construction across commercial and residential properties. Each runs independently while sharing the group mark, which is exactly the condition that makes brand architecture the first problem rather than a later one.
Why The Optimisation Work Sits At The Centre
Because of how the buying starts. The agency's argument is that for B2B service companies in Singapore, procurement decisions increasingly begin with an AI-assisted search, so answer engine and generative engine optimisation are treated as part of the brand build rather than as a marketing add-on afterwards.
Abhishek Garg, partner at UnFoldMart, put the appeal of the brief in structural terms: "A holding company with three specialist divisions, each needing its own digital identity within a unified group architecture, is a brief that plays directly to what we do best."
What The Client Was Buying
Balance, on its own account. Syed Aledroos, founder of Valton Nexus, said a unified digital architecture lets each business keep its specialist identity while strengthening the group as a whole, and that the agency was chosen because it understood that balance and could translate it into a cohesive direction.
Behind the win sits a market commitment. UnFoldMart has established a Singapore office with a dedicated on-the-ground team managing client work and market development from the city, and over the next six months is committing investment to Singapore operations and optimisation capability, including proprietary tooling, a Singapore B2B benchmark study built on original research, and practice development across the built environment, professional services and B2B technology.
The agency describes this as its most architecturally complex Singapore engagement to date, and a deliberate step in a multi-market expansion running alongside its DACH entry. UnFoldMart was founded in 2021 and works across India, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Singapore, the United States, Canada and the wider European Union.
