Gaurav Jain Steps Down as Head of Ad Revenue for APAC at InMobi

Gaurav Jain has stepped down as Head of Ad Revenue for Asia Pacific at InMobi Technology, ending a stint of a little over a year at the ad-tech company.
- Outgoing: Gaurav Jain
- Role: Senior Vice President and Head of Ad Revenue, APAC, InMobi
- Joined: July 2025
- Remit: advertising revenue strategy across InMobi Exchange, InMobi DSP and Glance AI
- Previously: Chief Business Officer, ShareChat and Moj
- Earlier: leadership roles at Snap, Meta and Google, and stints at NVIDIA, Citi and Jaypee Capital
A Confirmed Departure, an Unnamed Successor
An InMobi spokesperson confirmed the move directly rather than leaving it to a LinkedIn post, saying Jain had decided to move on, that the company had already hired his replacement, who would be joining soon, and thanking Jain for his contributions with best wishes for the future. The company did not disclose the successor's identity.
Jain joined InMobi in July 2025 to lead advertising revenue strategy across the region, tasked with driving monetisation across InMobi Exchange, InMobi DSP and Glance AI while strengthening the company's integrated go-to-market approach across Asia-Pacific. At the time, InMobi framed his experience across global technology platforms as a way to accelerate its advertising business in one of its fastest-growing regions.
His path into the role ran through some of the largest platforms in the category, with leadership positions at Snap, Meta and Google focused on revenue growth, agency partnerships and regional expansion, before a stint as Chief Business Officer at ShareChat and Moj overseeing monetisation, partnerships and pricing strategy.
The exit comes as InMobi continues expanding its AI-powered advertising capabilities and has made a series of senior leadership appointments over the past year.
