Schneider Electric has elevated Ratnesh Pandey as Vice President, Marketing, Schneider Electric India, effective 1 August 2026.

  • New role: Vice President, Marketing, Schneider Electric India, overseeing brand strategy, integrated marketing, digital engagement and customer experience
  • Experience: Over 17 years across brand management, digital transformation, strategic marketing and communications, including nearly 12 years within Schneider Electric
  • Previous role: Director and Head, Marketing and Communications, Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation, part of the Schneider Electric group
  • Earlier career: Marketing and brand management roles at HCL Infosystems and Digitas India

Deepak Sharma, Zone President, Greater India, Managing Director and CEO, Schneider Electric India, said Pandey "brings a strong track record of building brands, driving transformation and translating business strategy into market impact."
