iThrive has launched a Diwali campaign, 'Diwali ki taiyaari mein, ek zaroori taiyaari aur', which asks families to add one more item to their festive preparations: the health of the people who make a house a home. The title translates roughly as 'one more important preparation among the Diwali preparations'.

  • Brand: iThrive
  • Campaign: 'Diwali ki taiyaari mein, ek zaroori taiyaari aur'
  • Category: Functional medicine and nutrition
  • Format: Campaign film

The iThrive Film

The film centres on a father and son. The father has spent years looking after his family and putting their needs first, and his own health has slipped down the list. He tires more easily, even during everyday activities. His son notices, arranges a blood test and starts making small changes to his father's daily routine.

The film sets the familiar rituals of Diwali, cleaning, painting and lighting the house, against the quieter work of looking after health, which often waits until something goes wrong.

What iThrive Said

Mugdha Pradhan, founder and CEO, iThrive, said families spend a lot of time making their homes beautiful for Diwali, but rarely pause to ask how the people inside are feeling. She said parents spend years caring for their children without saying much about what they are going through.

"Caring for someone doesn't always have to be a grand gesture. It can begin with paying attention," she said.

The Ask

The campaign encourages families to make health conversations part of everyday life, and to treat preventive health checks, better habits and time spent caring for loved ones as expressions of affection.
