Scale, by her account. "Few businesses touch as many lives every single day as Google does," she said. "With Search, Gemini and AI changing how people discover stories, sport and entertainment, there's a whole new way for brands to show up."
Four Years At Havas
Narayan spent four years at Havas Media Network India, from April 2022 to August 2026, joining as vice president and content lead and being promoted three times. She became senior vice president and head of content at Havas Play in 2023, managing partner and head of content in April 2025, and managing partner, Havas Play, in July 2025, owning the P&L for the content, entertainment and sports mandate.
She says she built the content vertical from a nascent stage into a full-service practice, recognised with Campaign Asia Gold for Content Marketing Agency of the Year. Work she lists includes Samarth by Hyundai, Voltas' first brand ambassador association, a women's sports report with KPMG, and an AI-produced film with Ajay Devgn's Lens Vault Studios.
From Newsroom To Agency
Her career began in news, as associate producer and anchor at NDTV from 2006 to 2012, followed by CNBC-TV18, Ferriswheel Entertainment, TV Today and Republic Media Network, where she headed branded content. Before Havas she was associate vice president, creative services, at Prime Focus Technologies.
She sat on the Cannes Lions and Spikes Asia juries in 2026, and on the Goafest ABBY Awards jury in 2023 and 2026.
