Sarita Crasto, joining Raymond Lifestyle to lead brand marketing for its Park Avenue and ColorPlus menswear labels

Sarita Crasto has joined Raymond Lifestyle as lead, brand marketing, for Park Avenue and ColorPlus, taking charge of two of the company's menswear brands. She is based in Mumbai and started in October 2026.

  • Company: Raymond Lifestyle Limited
  • Role: Lead, brand marketing, Park Avenue and ColorPlus
  • Previously: Assistant global brand manager, marketing, Unilever
  • Agency years: DDB Mudra, Leo Burnett, Lowe Lintas and Madison

What Sarita Crasto Takes On

Park Avenue and ColorPlus sit in Raymond Lifestyle's branded apparel portfolio alongside Parx and Ethnix by Raymond. The company was demerged from Raymond Limited, and its shares were listed on the NSE and BSE in September 2024.

In announcing the move, Crasto described the two labels as being at an exciting juncture, reimagining premium formal and smart casual wear for a new generation while staying true to the legacy of The Complete Man, the long-running Raymond line.

From Agency To Client

Crasto spent the last four years at Unilever in Mumbai as assistant global brand manager, marketing, from July 2022. Before that, most of her career was agency side: business lead at The Womb Communications, team lead manager for integrated marketing communications at Madison Media Group from 2018 to 2021, and senior brand services manager at Lowe Lintas in Mumbai from 2016 to 2018.

Earlier roles include brand services associate at Leo Burnett Mumbai, senior account executive at DDB Mudra Group, and assistant account manager at Eggfirst Advertising and Design, where she started in 2010.

Why The Mix Matters

Both labels are being repositioned for a younger buyer without giving up the formalwear credibility they were built on. A brand lead who has written briefs from the client side and answered them from the agency side has seen both ends of that conversation, which is useful when a heritage brand is trying to change its voice without losing its audience.
