Progressive Techserve Names Sandeep Khanna CEO

Sandeep Khanna, elevated from chief operating officer to chief executive officer of Progressive Techserve in Noida

Progressive Techserve has appointed Sandeep Khanna as chief executive officer, effective immediately. He moves up from chief operating officer at the Noida-headquartered IT managed services company, formerly known as Progressive Infotech.

Sandeep Khanna's Route To The Top Job

Khanna joined the company in 2006 as a service delivery manager and rose through the ranks. As COO he is credited with strengthening service delivery, building long-standing customer relationships, expanding the managed services portfolio, developing cybersecurity managed services and growing Workelevate, the company's AI-powered digital workplace platform.

Before Progressive, he was an entrepreneur who built a web solutions company. He holds a degree in computer science from Gulbarga University.

At Progressive he also led IT operations across India and the company's key ITSM, ISMS and QMS certifications, and he holds ITIL v3 and AWS Business Professional certifications.

The Mandate

He will lead the company's shift to what it calls an AI-led, automation-driven and outcome-focused managed services provider, an autonomous MSP model built around digital workplace services, infrastructure managed services and cybersecurity.

It is his judgment, his calm under pressure, and the trust he has earned from customers, partners, and colleagues alike over the years," said Prateek Garg. "With over 20 years in the company he is the right person to lead the next phase of growth."

A Group-Level Reshuffle

Garg, the founder, becomes chairman and managing director of Progressive Infotech Group, overseeing strategy, growth and governance across Progressive Techserve and ZARTHI, the group's cloud business, which continues to expand under its CEO, Aditya Garg.

Progressive Techserve employs more than 1,000 technology professionals and serves Indian and global brands, with 24x7 operations, AIOps-led infrastructure management and AI-driven security operations.
