Her background spans people strategy, organisational transformation, culture building, mergers and acquisitions integration, board management and leadership development across industries and geographies.
That M&A integration line is worth noting in an agri-business context. Godrej Agrovet operates across animal feed, crop protection, oil palm, dairy and poultry, which is less a single company than a set of businesses with genuinely different labour models, and integration experience is the specific skill that keeps those from drifting into separate cultures.
How Godrej Framed The Appointment
Sunil Kataria, managing director and chief executive of Godrej Agrovet, tied it to the group's stated position on people.
