Three Fourth Solutions Wins Chandrani Pearls' Integrated Marketing Mandate

Marketing agency Three Fourth Solutions (TFS) has won the integrated marketing mandate for jewellery brand Chandrani Pearls. The work will be led from the agency's Kolkata office and spans media strategy and planning, public relations, social media management, creative communication, annual website management and influencer marketing.

  • Agency: Three Fourth Solutions (TFS)
  • Client: Chandrani Pearls
  • Scope: media strategy and planning, PR, social media management, creative communication, annual website management, influencer marketing
  • Led from: Kolkata
  • Additional remit: supporting an upcoming business vertical launch

A Single Mandate Rather Than a Roster

The notable feature is the consolidation. Media, PR, social, creative, website and influencer marketing under one agency is a structure larger advertisers moved away from years ago in favour of specialist rosters, and which mid-sized heritage brands have quietly been moving back toward.

The logic is straightforward at this scale. A roster requires a client-side marketing team large enough to coordinate it, and for a regional jewellery brand that overhead can exceed the benefit of best-in-class specialists. One accountable partner is easier to run.

A Legacy Brand Adding a Vertical

Nisheet Nayar, director at Chandrani Pearls, described the requirement as a partner capable of delivering strategic, integrated marketing across every touchpoint as the brand continues to evolve while staying true to its legacy, and pointed to the launch of a new vertical as the next phase of growth.

That last detail is the commercial driver. A heritage jewellery brand extending into a new vertical has a genuinely difficult communications problem, needing to reach a new buyer without unsettling the existing one, and it is the kind of brief where integration matters more than craft awards.

Siddhant Jain, partner at Three Fourth Solutions, called Chandrani Pearls a brand built on trust, craftsmanship and timeless elegance, and said the objective is to strengthen visibility, foster consumer connections and support the brand's next phase of growth.

Kolkata as the Base

Running the account from Kolkata rather than Mumbai or Delhi is worth a line. Chandrani Pearls is an eastern India brand, and pearl jewellery carries regional purchase occasions and gifting conventions that do not translate cleanly from a national playbook.
