What Sudhanshu Tripathi Takes On

Making a business that sits behind other companies' brands legible in its own right. Nucleus Software's platforms manage more than $1.2 trillion in loans, but the customer never sees the name. The mandate covers brand strategy, demand generation, category creation, corporate reputation and analyst and partner engagement across its markets.

Parag Bhise, chief executive and executive director, said banking is entering a defining phase in which AI, digital transformation and changing customer expectations are reshaping how institutions operate, and that Tripathi's mandate is to turn the company's domain depth and customer relationships into stronger global preference, sharper differentiation and measurable growth.

What He Brings

Twenty years of technology marketing. At Quick Heal he was chief marketing officer and head of ESG, working across consumer and enterprise and owning the digital business P&L. Before that he held marketing and strategy roles at Sterlite Power, Cyient, FINO PayTech and TCS. He sits on the India advisory board of the CMO Council and on ASSOCHAM's national council on branding and marketing.

Tripathi said banks are looking for technology partners that combine domain understanding with speed of innovation and measurable outcomes, and that the opportunity is to make the company's impact more visible across every market it serves.

The company announced the appointment on its newsroom. More people.
