What Devanshi Shah Did At Epigamia
She joined in 2022 as lead for media and creative, spending two years on campaign and content strategy before being promoted to AVP of marketing in April 2024, a role she held until July. That is a climb rather than a tenure: execution-focused media lead to strategic brand owner inside a fast-growing FMCG business, on the tight budgets and short iteration cycles that make the link between a campaign choice and a sales number unusually visible.
The Route In Was Not A Straight Line
She began as executive assistant to the chief executive at Creativeland Asia and later worked there as a creative partner in strategy. From there she moved into brand management at Vedant Fashions, on Manyavar and on Mohey's wedding season work, then spent time as a brand strategy consultant at Safecup Impact Lab and The Womb Communications. Menstrual health and ethnic fashion are not obvious stops on the way to snacking, and they are the reason the range is real rather than claimed.
Why Beyond Snack Wanted Somebody From Epigamia
Because the problem is the same one, a category ahead. Better-for-you snacking in India is filling up with legacy regional players and a wave of health-led entrants competing for the same shelf and the same thumb. Beyond Snack has hired a marketer who has already taken a category disruptor through its high-growth phase rather than one who would be learning that on the job. More appointments.
