- Company: Reckitt
- Role: Digital marketing manager
- Location: Gurugram
- Previously: Senior director, Zenith, from March 2024
Ankit Kishore at Zenith
Kishore joined Zenith as senior director in March 2024, handling media strategy, planning and execution for FMCG and consumer brands including Nestle, Pepsi, Haleon, Diageo and Kenvue. His work also covered media investment planning, measurement frameworks and integrated planning across paid, owned, earned and commerce media.
Two Stints At Carat
Before Zenith he worked at Carat, rising from associate media director to director and then senior director, media planning. He handled digital strategy for H&M and Hero VIDA, and strategy and planning for Dentsu's gaming solutions in India. In an earlier stint at Carat as group head, he led digital strategy, planning and buying for Philips India and H&M India, across e-commerce and retail.
Where He Started
Earlier, Kishore was business manager at GroupM, handling media planning and buying for Bharti Airtel, and a digital media planner at Performics, working on Nestle India's food category and Fitbit India. He began as a master dispute analyst at American Express.
Why It Matters
Reckitt owns health, hygiene and home brands that spend heavily on digital and commerce media in India. Hiring from a media agency brings in-house someone who has planned for several large FMCG and consumer advertisers, and who knows how those budgets are built and measured from the agency side.
His public profile lists more than 12 years of experience. Titles do not map neatly between agencies and client companies, so a senior director at a media agency can move to a manager title at a global brand.
Reckitt has not issued a statement, and no reporting line has been disclosed.
