Zithara.AI Partners Tyaani Jewellery On AI Native CRM

Zithara.AI has partnered with Tyaani Jewellery by Karan Johar to run customer engagement across the brand's retail operations through its AI native CRM platform.
- Platform: Zithara.AI, an AI native customer engagement platform built for offline retailers
- Client: Tyaani Jewellery by Karan Johar
- Base: Zithara.AI is headquartered in Hyderabad
- Scope: organising customer information, reading engagement patterns and building a connected view of interactions
- Aim: higher conversion and retention, and more customer lifetime value per relationship
What The Zithara.AI Platform Will Do
Bring structure to engagement and relationship management, so the brand can organise customer information, understand engagement patterns and build a more connected view of interactions. From there the platform is meant to identify relevant engagement opportunities: following up with potential customers, re engaging existing ones, and personalising communication against preference and purchase behaviour.
Manraj Singh, chief marketing officer at Tyaani Jewellery, described the category problem as the reason for the deal. "Jewellery is a highly personal category, and the relationship between a brand and its customer extends well beyond a single purchase," he said, adding that understanding preferences better is what turns that into a meaningful experience.
Why Offline Retail Is The Harder Version Of This Problem
Because there is no click to record. Ecommerce CRM starts with a complete behavioural trail; a jewellery showroom starts with a conversation nobody wrote down. Building a connected customer view in a store means capturing what the salesperson knows before it walks out of the building with them.
Varun Kashyap, co founder of Zithara.AI, said the platform is designed to help retailers strengthen relationships throughout the customer journey rather than limiting engagement to the point of purchase, and that Tyaani's approach to modern consumers made the partnership meaningful. In a category where purchase cycles are measured in years and occasions, the interval between transactions is exactly where the relationship is usually lost. More ad tech.
