- Brand: King Koil, now King Koil Mattress Co.
- Ambassador: Janhvi Kapoor
- Campaign: Nothing, but King Koil
- Film: 40 seconds, released 18 September 2026
- Identity: new name, logo and visual identity, rolled out across King Koil's markets
- Product claims: more than 50 mattress varieties and a Sleep ID fitting tool
What Changes For King Koil
The name now says what the company makes. Archit Gupta, managing director of King Koil India, said the new identity is a clear expression of what King Koil has always been about, a mattress company, and that it brings the India business closer to the brand's global identity.
Adding Mattress Co. is a small change with a clear job. In a premium mattress market crowded with direct-to-consumer names, it removes any doubt about the category, and gives the brand a heritage-sounding lockup that the newer players cannot borrow.
What The Janhvi Kapoor Film Says
The film puts Janhvi Kapoor at the centre of the line, with the hook JK Ke Liye KK, and ends on the new King Koil Mattress Co. card. Gupta said the idea is simple: people who invest in premium sleep are not looking for just another mattress, but for a certain level of comfort, support and quality, and the campaign sets King Koil as that standard.
The line does the positioning work that a spec sheet cannot. Premium mattresses struggle to show their difference on screen; asking the buyer not to accept anything less turns the brand into the benchmark rather than one option among many.
