Bibi Hilton Named UK Chair Of Brand Impact At FleishmanHillard

FleishmanHillard has appointed Bibi Hilton as UK chair of brand impact and EMEA managing director of brand, a double title she took up on 1 September.
- Roles: UK chair of brand impact, and EMEA managing director of brand
- Effective: 1 September 2026
- Joins from: Golin Ketchum, where she was chief client officer
- Also joins: the agency's global brand impact leadership team
What Bibi Hilton Will Do
Senior strategic counsel to clients, and growth of the brand business across the UK and EMEA. The two titles are doing different work: chair of brand impact is a client-facing advisory role in one market, managing director of brand is a P&L across a region. Holding both is a fairly clear statement about where the agency expects its brand business to come from.
Where She Comes From
Most recently chief client officer at Golin Ketchum, an Omnicom sister agency, overseeing six international markets and an affiliate network, after a period as managing director of Golin London. Before that she was chief executive of Creative Access, the diversity and inclusion social enterprise, and held senior positions at MullenLowe and Interpublic Group. She is a past president of Women in PR and holds the PRCA's Trailblazer Award.
What Each Side Said
Hilton said the agency has a clear ambition, talent across the network and a reputation for helping clients through complex problems, and that the chance to shape the brand impact offer was compelling. FleishmanHillard UK chief executive Marshall Manson pointed to her record advising senior executives and driving agency transformation, and said her experience and perspective would be valuable as the agency invests in leadership and advisory capability.
The Creative Access chapter is the one worth noting. Running a social enterprise is not a standard stop on a PR leadership track, and it tends to leave people with a different read on where talent actually comes from. More appointments.
