Aarti Yadav at Tata Consumer Products
Yadav joined Tata Consumer Products in August 2019. Her work covered consumer brand PR, crisis management, advocacy, media relations and influencer engagement across Tata Tea, Tata Salt, Tata Sampann, Tetley, Tata Coffee, Tata Soulfull and Organic India, as well as the company's beverage and digital-first brands.
Before that, she was a senior manager at Publicis Groupe, working with clients including P&G, Marico, Cipla, Godrej, Parag Foods and Kottaram Agro Foods.
From Newsroom to Brand PR
Yadav began her career in television news. She was a senior correspondent at Times Network, covering entertainment and lifestyle for Times Now, and earlier reported for NewsX and TV9 Maharashtra. Her newsroom work included field reporting, interviews, anchoring and production.
What Aarti Yadav Said
"The opportunity to tell stories that connect purpose, people, and impact is what makes communications so rewarding, and I look forward to this new challenge," said Yadav. She said she looks forward to shaping strategic narratives and strengthening Sodexo's communications in India, and pointed to food as the link between her consumer brand work and Sodexo's services across workplaces, hospitals and schools.
Sodexo provides food and facilities services to workplaces, hospitals, schools and other institutions, so its communications sit closer to business audiences than the consumer brands Yadav has worked on. Her mix of newsroom experience, agency work and in-house brand PR covers media relations, crisis handling and storytelling for both.
Sodexo has not issued a statement on the appointment, and no reporting line has been disclosed.
