Ai+ Nova Smartphone Puts Its Name On Rajouri Garden Metro Station

Ai+ Smartphone has taken the naming rights to Rajouri Garden metro station in Delhi, which will now be announced and signed as Ai+ NOVA Smartphone Rajouri Garden Metro Station.
- Station: Rajouri Garden, Delhi Metro
- New name: Ai+ NOVA Smartphone Rajouri Garden Metro Station
- Announcements: in trains across the Delhi Metro network, in English and Hindi
- At the station: Ai+ NOVA branding on every entry gate
What Ai+ Gets At Rajouri Garden
Station signage is the visible part, but the announcements are the valuable one. They run in trains across the network rather than only at the station, so a commuter who never gets off at Rajouri Garden still hears the brand name on the way past, in both languages. The entry gates carry a welcome line naming the station in full.
Archi Gogoi, head of brand, marketing and growth at Ai+ Smartphone, said the move takes the brand beyond the phone screen and into how people move through the city, and that putting a young brand's name on a piece of Delhi's everyday infrastructure reflects the scale of its ambition.
Why A Station, Not A Billboard
Ai+ is a young brand in a category crowded with names Indians already know, and the budget problem for a challenger is frequency. A station name is one of the few pieces of outdoor media that gets repeated without being bought again: in announcements, on route maps, in directions people give each other. The brand describes the deal as part of a wider push through high-frequency consumer touchpoints, alongside new products and partnerships. The test is whether commuters start calling the station by its longer name, or keep calling it Rajouri Garden. More brands.
