Roku reported Q2 2026 results with advertising revenue up 25% year-on-year to $673 million.

  • Advertising revenue: $673 million, up 25% year-on-year; gross margin expanded to 62.4%
  • Total net revenue: $1.35 billion, up 22% year-on-year
  • Platform revenue (ads plus subscriptions): $1.22 billion, up 25%
  • Net income: $164 million, a company record, versus $10.5 million a year earlier
  • Subscriptions revenue: $548 million, up 26%
  • Streaming hours: 37.9 billion in the quarter, up 7%

Growth Amid A Pending Fox Acquisition

Roku said its programmatic partnerships expanded during the quarter, including integrations with Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, Google DV360 and Yahoo, alongside a new self-service partnership with Smartly. Political advertising on the platform exceeded the comparable quarter of the 2024 US presidential election cycle. The results come amid Roku's pending acquisition by Fox Corporation, under a definitive merger agreement announced 15 June 2026; the company did not host an earnings call or provide forward guidance in light of the pending transaction.
