Havas has promoted François Laroze to the role of Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) while he continues as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This announcement follows the Group’s successful listing on Euronext Amsterdam, marking a significant milestone in its expansion strategy.

François Laroze has been with Havas since 2007, bringing extensive experience and deep operational insights to the company. In his expanded role, he will collaborate with the Executive Committee to drive organic growth, strengthen client retention, and support new business development under Havas’ Converged strategy.

Additionally, he will focus on cost management and cash flow generation to enhance profitability, ensuring the company’s continued financial strength.
