InvoiceCloud has appointed Sharon Joy as Head of Human Resources, India, based in Hyderabad.

  • New role: Head of HR, India, leading talent, leadership, culture and employee experience for InvoiceCloud's Global Capability Centre (GCC)
  • Reporting lines: Will partner with Biju Davis, Senior Vice President and India Site Leader, and Jessi Marcoff, Chief People Officer at InvoiceCloud's Boston headquarters
  • Previous role: Senior Director of Human Resources at Centime Inc., a US-based fintech company, for over six years, overseeing HR across India and the US
  • Earlier career: Roles at Cognizant, Optum Global Solutions, Virtusa, DXC Technology and Tech Mahindra across India, the US, Ireland and the Philippines
