Manoj Shisale has been elevated to Chief Growth Officer at Vashi Integrated Solutions, moving from the renewable energy side of the business into a company-wide growth mandate.

Growth Defined As Something Other Than Revenue
Announcing the move on LinkedIn, Shisale said what he was most proud of looking back was the renewable energy business built at Vashi, describing it as constructed from the ground up: the team, the customer relationships, the trust of brand partners, and the way the group works together.
He framed the new role in unusually specific terms. The title mattered less to him, he said, than what growth should stand for, adding that he wants the business to grow because growth creates opportunities for people to move up in their careers, take on bigger responsibilities, build new skills and earn more. When people grow, he said, the company grows.
It is a more people-first definition of a growth remit than the title usually carries, and one worth noting given how often chief growth officer roles are defined purely against a revenue line.
