True Balance Puts Its Next Loan Film In An Eye Clinic

True Balance has launched a new brand film under its Loan Milega Fatafat, Life Hogi Takatak campaign, and the setting does the work.
- Brand: True Balance, a digital lending platform
- Campaign: Loan Milega Fatafat, Life Hogi Takatak
- Setting: an eye clinic, after surgery
- Earlier films: True Balance states they have together crossed 100 million views
- Running alongside: AI-generated films under the same campaign since September 2026
What The True Balance Film Does With A Sight Test
Nayansukh Ji's bandages come off, the doctor asks for one eye at a time, and the examination turns on the discovery that a second operation is needed. The comedy is in the test; the premise is the bill.
That is a well-chosen situation for a lending brand, because the expense is both unarguable and unplanned. Nobody budgets for a second eye operation, and nobody postpones one either. It avoids the trap of the category, which is making credit look like a way to buy something optional.
What The Company Says It Moved
True Balance states the campaign drove a 27 per cent increase in brand awareness and a 6 per cent rise in brand consideration in the last quarter, according to its own third-party brand tracker.
Ashish Aggarwal, Chief Marketing Officer at True Balance, made the point explicitly: the real measure of a campaign is its ability to influence behaviour rather than to generate views. Coming from a brand that also quotes a 100 million view figure, that is a more careful position than it first looks, and the awareness and consideration numbers are the ones being offered as evidence.
The AI Films Running Beside The Real Ones
The more interesting disclosure is structural. True Balance states it has been making AI-generated films under the same campaign since September 2026, three so far, each produced in a few days and together crossing 20 million views, used to see how audiences respond before more is invested.
Aggarwal's framing separates the two jobs cleanly: the brand films carry the campaign to a mass audience, and the AI films exist to learn quickly. Using generated work as a testing ground rather than as a substitute is one of the few honest arrangements anyone in this market has described out loud, and it is testable: the proportion of budget that stays with the shot films is the thing to watch.
