Reva by PNGS Names Sharvari Its First Brand Ambassador

Reva has appointed actor Sharvari as its first-ever brand ambassador, months after the company's stock market listing and ahead of a planned expansion.
- Brand: Reva, from PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited, Pune
- Ambassador: Sharvari, the brand's first
- Campaign: print, digital, outdoor and in-store, from the festive and wedding season
- Context: listed March 2026, expansion into new Indian markets planned
- Lineage: the 194-year legacy of P. N. Gadgil and Sons
Why Reva Is Signing Sharvari Now
Sequence. A brand that listed in March and is about to enter new markets needs recognition in places where the parent name does not carry, and a first ambassador is the standard instrument for that.
The timing against the festive and wedding season is the other half. Diamond jewellery in India is bought in a narrow calendar, and a campaign that begins outside it spends most of its weight on people who are not buying.
The Positioning The Casting Is Meant To Carry
Reva is a certified natural diamond business, and certification is the proposition: authenticity, transparency and provenance in a category where lab-grown stones have made the distinction a live question for buyers.
Casting Sharvari, known for Munjya, Maharaj and Vedaa, points the brand at a younger buyer than the parent's 194-year lineage would otherwise suggest, while the brand's own framing keeps the connection with tradition in place. That is a narrow path: too contemporary and the certification argument loses its weight, too traditional and the new buyer does not look.
What The Listing Changes
Accountability. A listed jewellery brand's marketing spend is visible, and a first ambassador appointment is a cost that has to show up in footfall or in average ticket size within a few quarters.
The expansion into new markets is where it will be read. Introducing certified natural diamond jewellery to a wider audience, which is how the company describes the aim, is a distribution exercise with a marketing component rather than the other way round.
