Paridhi Bhatiya, the outgoing head of Ogilvy’s Content Force, has been appointed as the National Head of Content, Creative, and Strategy at Pepper Content. She is currently serving her notice period at Ogilvy, with her last working day set for April 28, 2025.
18 Years, One Clear Vision
With close to two decades in the industry, Bhatiya brings deep experience from roles at Tonic Media, Saatchi & Saatchi, DigitasLBi, and most recently Ogilvy, where she spent over seven years. For nearly five of those, She created and led Content Force, the agency’s specialist unit focused on digital-first storytelling.
