A sealed jar and a stack of coins, as halftone cutouts, for NOICE doubling its food entrepreneur partner base

NOICE, Instamart's clean-food brand, is doubling its food entrepreneur partner base and taking its assortment past 500 items. It is also opening a credit line for the makers who supply it.

  • The expansion: partner base doubling, assortment going past 500 items
  • New categories: powdered spices, staples, cereals and dairy alternatives
  • Announced at: a partner event with more than 100 food entrepreneurs, by Swiggy Group chief executive Sriharsha Majety and Instamart chief executive Nandita Sinha
  • Quality standard: FSSC 22000 being implemented for manufacturing partners
  • Financing: up to Rs 5 crore in formal credit for eligible entrepreneurs, through Swiggy Financial Services, SIDBI, Axis Bank and InCred Finance
  • Disbursed so far: Rs 2 crore within one month, with a target of supporting more than 100 entrepreneurs by the end of 2026
  • Since launching in 2025: 75 food entrepreneurs across more than 46 categories, reaching 9 million customers
  • Claimed behaviour: one in every ten Instamart baskets contains a NOICE product, and NOICE customers order 1.5 times more often with retention 10 percentage points above the platform average

Why NOICE Lending Money Is The Actual Story

Because it changes what the brand is. A private label normally commissions a manufacturer and owns the label; financing the maker's working capital makes the platform a stakeholder in the supplier's growth, which is a much harder relationship to leave.

It also solves the real bottleneck. Small food businesses rarely fail on demand, they fail on the cash needed to buy raw material for an order they have already won, and Rs 2 crore disbursed in a month suggests the constraint was exactly that.

What FSSC 22000 Is Doing In This Announcement

Carrying the clean-food claim. A brand built on that promise is only as credible as its smallest supplier, and an international manufacturing standard is the only version of the claim that survives a journalist visiting a kitchen.

What Was Said

Nandita Sinha said that by combining rigorous quality benchmarks with access to formal credit, the company is building a stronger ecosystem for food entrepreneurship.
