Isprava Names Sanjay Sethi As Strategic Advisor
Isprava Group has appointed Sanjay Sethi as strategic advisor, working with the business across Lohono Stays and Isprava Hospitality on strategy, growth and the development of its hospitality arm.

Why Isprava Wanted Sanjay Sethi Specifically
The company describes the appointment as bringing an owner-operator perspective, and that phrase is the whole point. Operating a hotel and owning one are different disciplines with different incentives, and someone who has done both reads a development decision differently from someone who has only run the building or only financed it.
A career spanning operations, development, ownership and capital markets is unusual precisely because those functions usually sit in separate companies.
What Isprava Is Actually Building
The group frames itself as an integrated ecosystem across luxury homes, hospitality, private membership and homeowner services. That is a wider thing than a developer, and the parts that have been added are overwhelmingly service businesses rather than construction ones.
A second home that is also let out, serviced and maintained is a hospitality product with a title deed attached. Hiring a hotelier to advise on it is therefore less of a sideways move than it first looks.

Nibhrant Shah, managing director and co-chief executive of Isprava Group, said the opportunity is to think beyond individual businesses and create an ecosystem where every interaction adds to the experience of being part of Isprava, whether someone is staying at a Lohono home, spending time at Solene or returning to their own Isprava home. Shah added that Sethi's understanding of hospitality, combined with experience of building businesses at scale, would bring greater depth and consistency as the group grows.
