Interio Makes The Case For Steel By Filling The Kitchen

Interio by Godrej has launched a campaign for its steel kitchens. The film runs on a simple device, which is a kitchen nobody will leave alone.
- Brand: Interio by Godrej, the furniture business of Godrej Enterprises Group
- Film: a couple, their neighbours and the household help all keep arriving in the same kitchen
- Creative agency: TBWA\Lintas
- Production: Trunkcall Films, directed by Ayaan Das
- Product claims carried: five material types with more than 200 colour options, resistance to termites, moisture and rust, and a 30-year warranty
- Media: YouTube, social and digital
- Launched: 30 September 2026
Why Interio Dramatises Traffic Rather Than Durability
Because durability cannot be shown in thirty seconds. A warranty is a number on a page, and resistance to moisture is something a customer only discovers in year four.
Showing the kitchen in constant use is the available proxy. It converts an unprovable claim into an observable one, which is the standard problem in any category where the benefit arrives long after the purchase.
Where The Category Sits
Modular kitchens in India have been sold largely on finish and design, which favours laminate and acrylic. A steel proposition has to argue on a different axis without conceding that it looks worse, and the film's answer is to make the kitchen attractive first and resilient second.
The 200 colour options are doing that work in the product line rather than in the film. Steel's historic problem in Indian homes was that it looked institutional, and the range exists to remove the objection before the durability argument is even made.
What Was Said
Reshu Saraf, head of integrated marketing and communications, said the kitchen is integral to transforming living spaces with stylish furniture for modern Indian homes, and framed the proposition as strength and durability combined with personalisation.
