Cog Culture Brings PRP Group In To Carry Its PR Side

Cog Culture has partnered PRP Group to build out the public relations side of a business that has so far sold brand strategy, creativity, technology and integrated marketing.
- Agency: Cog Culture, brand strategy and integrated marketing
- Partner: PRP Group Pvt Limited, integrated communications
- Added: media relations, corporate communications, leadership positioning, reputation management
- Scale, as stated: more than 200 professionals at Cog Culture; more than 500 brands and 20 offices at PRP Group
Why Cog Culture Is Buying PR Rather Than Building It
Media relations is the one marketing discipline that cannot be assembled quickly, because the asset is a set of relationships held by individuals and tested over years. An agency that wants it either spends a decade building it or partners with somebody who already has it.
PRP Group says it has served more than 500 brands across India and international markets, with 14 offices in India and six abroad. That is the part Cog Culture could not have replicated on any useful timeline.
The AI Argument Underneath
Anoop Dixit, Chief Executive and Founding Partner at Cog Culture, framed the deal around where opinions now form. Traditional PR is changing shape, Dixit said, because audiences, and increasingly the AI platforms they turn to, build views of brands from credible, authoritative narratives rather than noise.
That is a sharper reason than most agency partnerships offer. Published, attributable coverage is precisely the material that answer engines draw on, which gives earned media a measurable job it did not have five years ago. Cog Culture has been an early adopter of AI in its own brand and marketing workflows, so the reasoning is consistent with the rest of the shop.
What PRP Group Says
Dr Sarvesh Tiwari, Founder of PRP Group, said the real value of communication lies in translating a brand's vision and business priorities into credible narratives, and described the two firms as complementary rather than overlapping.
The partnership will cover market entry and product launches, leadership and corporate positioning, editorial strategy, media engagement, and reputation and crisis preparedness.
