Ankit Dave has joined Arvind SmartSpaces as head of marketing. He moves from House of Hiranandani, where he was head of digital marketing and presales.

What Ankit Dave Brings

A career spent almost entirely inside residential real estate, and specifically inside the part of it that converts. Digital marketing and presales together is an unusual combination: presales is where an enquiry is qualified before a site visit, so someone who has owned both has watched the whole journey from an advertisement to a booking.

That matters more in this category than in most. Property marketing is judged on qualified site visits rather than on reach, and the handover between the campaign and the sales desk is where most of the spend leaks away.

Dave announced it on LinkedIn, saying he is excited to be starting a new chapter as head of marketing at Arvind SmartSpaces. No statement from the company has been issued, and his remit has not been detailed.
