Puja Singh Joins Accor As Marketing Communications Manager For India And South Asia

Puja Singh has joined Accor as marketing communications manager for India and South Asia, in a role begun in October 2026.
- Company: Accor
- Role: marketing communications manager, India and South Asia
- Previously: director of marketing and communications, Raffles Udaipur
- Earlier: Hyatt properties across India, Nepal and Vietnam
What Puja Singh Has Built
A record made in properties rather than head offices. The immediate run-up was Raffles Udaipur, from November 2024 to June 2026, preceded by two years in Hanoi heading branding, marketing and communication at Tasco Jsc.
The Hyatt years give the range: marketing communications at Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar and Hyatt Regency Kolkata, task force postings at Hyatt Centric Chandigarh, Hyatt Regency Kathmandu and Park Hyatt Chennai, and before that the launch of the first Hyatt Centric in Bangalore.
Why Property Experience Transfers To A Region
Because a regional job is a consistency problem, and consistency is learned one hotel at a time. Singh describes the work as defining how a hotel's voice is experienced across guest touchpoints, internal culture, digital platforms and community engagement, with every narrative reflecting the character of the property.
That is the tension the role has to hold: a group voice that does not flatten the properties underneath it.
The Shape Of The Career
It started in agencies. Singh was at Candid School of Communication for more than three years, rising from public relations associate to account head, then moved through Simplex Communication, Mukti Group and Park Plaza Kolkata under Carlson Rezidor.
Public relations first, then hotels, then a group. The remit now spans brand positioning, digital strategy, media relations, content planning and strategic collaborations across a region rather than a building.
The Bangalore years are the clearest illustration of the range: a remit there covered brand relations, corporate communications, promotion planning, media and public relations, social media, content, e-commerce, creative development, CRM, advertising, media planning, events and the group's community programme, alongside launching a new brand into the city.
