Create an account and your organisation
One account per person, one profile per agency. Colleagues are invited into the agency so a team can work on the same entries, which keeps a single agency from appearing three times in half-finished form.
Six steps, and the writing that matters most. The form asks for what a jury needs in order to judge properly, and nothing it does not. Expect to draft the long sections at a desk; the dashboard is usable anywhere for checking where an entry stands.

Choose it before you write. The category sets the form and the criteria the work will be judged against, so deciding late usually means rewriting. Each category page states what it is looking for and what it is not.
Confirm the geography rule, the eligibility period and the office or team that led the work. Screening checks all three again, and an entry that fails on eligibility never reaches a juror.
Basics, story, results, assets, credits, rights and review. Every field saves as you write and shows when it last saved, and the entry tells you what is still outstanding rather than leaving you to find out at the end.
Key visual, case film, case board, supporting images and links, and evidence for anything the entry claims. Film is prepared for the jury viewer while the original is kept intact. An entry cannot be submitted while an asset is still processing, so leave time for it.
Read the entry back in the jury preview, which shows precisely what a juror will see. Make the rights and client declarations, then pay. The entry locks on submission and joins the screening queue.
Every section below is a question a juror needs answered. The word limits are the ones the entry form enforces, not a guide.
