Fees and deadlines
What it costs to be
An entry fee covers submission, screening, independent evaluation by the jury and the deliberation that follows. It secures consideration by the jury rather than an outcome. An early-bird rate runs until 30 September, and the standard rate applies until entries close. Figures below exclude GST.

Entering a body of work.
( 03 — 04 )An agency putting forward a year’s work rather than a single campaign pays less per entry. Applied to Work Awards, counted across one organisation on one invoice. Agency and Brand Awards are a single entry per category and carry no equivalent reduction.
| Work entries on one invoice | Reduction |
|---|---|
| 1 to 4 work entries | None |
| 5 to 9 | 5% |
| 10 to 19 | 10% |
| 20 or more | 15% |
04The terms
Terms of entry.
( 04 — 04 )| When the fee is fixed | At successful payment. A draft begun in one window and paid for in the next is charged at the later rate. |
| GST and invoices | GST is added at payment under the applicable Indian rules, and a tax invoice is issued once payment is confirmed. The billing state on your agency profile determines place of supply. |
| One piece of work, several categories | Permitted where the work genuinely belongs in each, and each entry is judged against that category's own criteria. A separate fee applies per category, and an entry can be duplicated so the writing is not repeated. |
| Refunds | An entry fee is not refundable once the submission has entered evaluation, because the work it pays for has by then been done. Duplicate payments, confirmed platform errors and exceptional cases approved by the Awards Admin are refunded in full. |
| Trophies | The first trophy for a winning entry is covered by the award. Further trophies for other credited parties can be requested after the results. |
| What a fee does not cover | An outcome or a level. What an entrant was charged, and whether they have paid, is not visible anywhere in the jury workspace. |
