V-Guard Reimagines Summer Romance in ‘Hum, Tum Aur V-Guard’ Campaign

V-Guard Industries, a leading name in consumer electricals and electronics, has unveiled its new summer campaign titled ‘Hum, Tum Aur V-Guard’. The campaign blends functionality with feeling, highlighting how the brand’s appliances create comfort and connection—even during the most intense Indian summers.

Telling a Summer Story Through Everyday Love

The campaign unfolds through four short digital films, following a young couple—Rohan and Riya—as they navigate the heat and their relationship. Whether it’s the hum of a fan or the chill of an air cooler, V-Guard’s summer appliances quietly play a role in each intimate moment.

Each film subtly illustrates how small comforts can keep things cool—literally and emotionally.

More Than Cooling—It’s Connection

Nandagopal Nair, Vice President – Brand and Communication at V-Guard Industries, explained the thought behind the campaign:

“With ‘Hum, Tum Aur V-Guard’, we wanted to reframe summer not just as a season to endure, but a time to connect. Our products don’t just cool a room—they create space for togetherness. This narrative taps into warmth in all its forms.”

A Multi-Platform Push with Local Flavor

The campaign takes a 360-degree approach, spanning:

  • Digital platforms

  • OTT and Connected TV (CTV)

  • Outdoor and OOH placements

  • Regional and vernacular language activations

  • Influencer collaborations

By integrating regional elements, V-Guard aims to build emotional relevance across diverse Indian households.

Creative Perspective: Adding Charm to the Heat

The films were conceptualized and directed by Anil Ralph Thomas, Chief Creative Officer at Ralph&Das. Reflecting on the campaign, he shared:

“Summer isn’t traditionally romantic—it’s sweaty, chaotic, uncomfortable. But we thought—what if our products made space for affection? What if love bloomed not in spite of the heat, but within it?”

Kaustav Das, CEO of Ralph&Das, added:

“The idea was to rise above the usual ‘product push’ noise. We wanted viewers to smile, relate, and walk away with a feeling—not just a feature list.”

Blending Performance with Purpose

As temperatures climb, V-Guard positions its range—fans, inverters, air coolers, and AC stabilizers—as enablers of calm and connection. The brand hopes that by leaning into emotion, it can cut through the seasonal clutter and deepen its customer bond.
