Before joining Tilt, Kushager served as the Executive Creative Director at Leo Burnett, where he played a key role in crafting impactful campaigns. His journey in advertising spans 18 years, working with prestigious agencies like Ogilvy, McCann, and JWT, among others. Throughout his career, he has led integrated teams and contributed to award-winning work for major brands, including Coca-Cola, Nescafé, The Times of India, BMW, Mastercard, Star Sports, Tata Motors, Perfetti, HUL, Pepsi, and Visa.
