The ad film opens with Mrunal Thakur walking into a KFC outlet and reacting dramatically to the jaw-dropping offer. As she faints in disbelief, Danish Sait—portraying his eccentric character Ramamurthy—rushes to help, only to be floored by the offer himself. What follows is a humorous escalation of reactions: multiple versions of Danish, a Gen Z crew, curious bystanders, and excited friends all echo the phrase “9 for 299!” in unison. The campaign delivers a jingle that sticks and a visual style that screams fun—exactly the flavour KFC promises.
